 What Is Manifestation Meditation?

Simply put, manifestation meditation can be defined as a type of meditation that specifically helps in aligning you with the positive thoughts and emotions within your dreams and desires. The practice strives to lift your vibrations so that you can become a magnet for your deepest dreams and desires.

Many consider manifestation meditation a very powerful and potent way to be clear about what exactly they want from their life and the Universe.

The Four Core Elements of Manifestation Meditation

Manifestation meditation has four main elements, which include -

  • Visualization

It is often the cornerstone of manifestation meditation, as it enables you to create a clear picture in your mind’s eye of exactly what you want to manifest.

  • Affirmations

Positive affirmations are not always a part of manifestation meditation, but they are often used by Gurus to help practitioners lift their vibrations and align their inner sensations with their desires. In case you didn't know, a positive affirmation is a present-tense statement that is intended to encourage and motivate you while boosting your self-belief and supporting your overall well-being.

  •  Gratitude

Gratitude is deemed the highest vibration in manifestation meditation. It encompasses an expression of sincere appreciation, wherein you are essentially informing the Universe that you want more of the gift you've been given.

  •  Letting Go

Lastly, letting go means releasing your worries about when and how your desire is going to see the light of the day. It includes placing your complete trust on the Universe and letting it transform your desires into reality at the right time.
